On Monday the 12th June 2023 the first Ci-Sotai class was held at Gata Pavelló Municipal. The classes are scheduled for every Monday and Wednesday (10.30 to 11,30 a.m.) for the month of June; so everybody can join the group whenever possible. As well as an opportunity to flex your muscles and relax your mind, it will served as a test to consider the future continuation of the group. A key feature of this year’s programme was the unsettled weather. This meant that we had to postpone some walks and we cancelled one completely. Having said that, we managed 7 walks. The maximum turnout was 21 and the minimum was 10. The aim of these walks is to get people out walking and chatting. All groups were different but friendly and enthusiastic.
