Camina Gata is an initiative of the Health Center together with the Health and Sports departments of the Gata City Council that aims to promote physical activity and health among the citizens. Every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. a healthy walk of easy difficulty will be carried out with the Gata Health Center and accompanied by a sports instructor and nursing staff from the Health Center. On Monday the 12th June 2023 the first Ci-Sotai class was held at Gata Pavelló Municipal. The classes are scheduled for every Monday and Wednesday (10.30 to 11,30 a.m.) for the month of June; so everybody can join the group whenever possible. As well as an opportunity to flex your muscles and relax your mind, it will served as a test to consider the future continuation of the group.
