Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting

Held on 1^st April 2021

Due to the current State of Alarm, the meeting took place by means of Zoom videoconference.

Louise Kirkley opened the meeting at 17.30H.

The following members participated in the meeting:

Louise Kirkley, Peter Bayliss, Melvyn Wright, Brian Mellis, Andy Robson, Sally Merrett, Pete Whitbread, Udo Weyergraf, Paul Trunchion, Angie Dickinson, Gillian Parker, David Cox and Paul Elvey.

88 members gave their proxy votes to Louise Kirkley

Apologies for Absence

A number of members sent apologies for absence.

Statutes

The purpose of the meeting was to approve changes to the wording of the Statutes of Association. A description of the changes and the revised new version of the Estatutos had previously been made available here

Voting

The new version of the Statutes was approved unanimously by the meeting.
